【My(Happiness英语作文)】Happiness is a feeling that everyone longs for, but it is not always easy to find. For me, happiness is not about having a lot of money or expensive things. Instead, it comes from simple moments and the people around me.
I remember one day when I was very tired after school. I had a lot of homework and felt stressed. But when I got home, my mother cooked my favorite dish, and my father asked me how my day was. That small act made me feel warm and relaxed. It was in that moment that I realized happiness is often found in the little things.
Another time, I went on a trip with my friends to the countryside. We played games, laughed, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Even though we didn’t have much money, we had fun and created happy memories together. That experience taught me that happiness doesn’t depend on wealth, but on the company we keep and the experiences we share.
Sometimes, happiness can also come from helping others. When I helped an old man cross the street, he smiled at me and said “thank you.” That simple gesture made me feel proud and happy inside. It showed me that giving can bring more joy than receiving.
In my opinion, true happiness is not something that can be bought or forced. It is something that grows naturally when we are kind, grateful, and open to life’s simple pleasures. As long as I have family, friends, and a positive attitude, I believe I can always find happiness in everyday life.
So, what makes me happy? It's the love from my family, the laughter with my friends, and the small joys that make life worth living. Happiness is not a destination, but a journey that we walk every day.
